This project was for a home renovation in Australia.
When we first talked with the customer, he told us that the house was located near the coast. Because of the location, he wanted the new doors and windows to be properly certified and strong enough to handle strong winds over the long term.
He also needed the new windows and doors to fit the existing opening sizes of the house.
So this wasn’t simply a matter of choosing a standard window.
Built Around the Customer's Needs
After understanding the project and the local conditions, we recommended custom aluminum doors and windows designed around the existing openings, with the required AS 2047 certification.For the glass, we also recommended a thicker 8mm + 15mm + 8mm tempered Coated glass configuration.
The thicker glass was selected with the coastal location and the customer’s long-term performance requirements in mind, giving the windows a more solid and robust construction.
Made to Fit the Existing Openings
Because this was a renovation, the new windows and doors had to work with the house that was already there.
We confirmed the opening dimensions and product details with the customer before production, then manufactured the aluminum windows and doors according to the confirmed requirements.
No standard-size solution was forced onto the project.
The windows were made to fit the house.
From Our Factory to the Customer's Home
Once production was completed, the customer also asked us to take care of the transportation.
We carefully packed the finished doors and windows in wooden crates to provide extra protection during the long-distance journey.
We then arranged door-to-door delivery, so the products could be transported directly from our factory in China to the customer’s home in Australia.
From the glass selection and custom dimensions to the packaging and delivery, we took care of the details along the way.
For us, that’s what a custom project is about—not just making the windows, but making the whole process easier for the customer.
